To check on a reservation or to get more info it is best to call between 5:00 and 10:00 PM. as we are in and out during the day plowing, shoveling or helping a guest and may not be able to answer the phone.

Most rooms are pet free, pet's are allowed in certain rooms only, and must be declared at time of check in or at time of reservation. It is at the discretion of our staff as to allow the pet or not there is a $5.00 charge per pet per day.

Cancellation Policy

Winter Dec.1st. To March 15th.

You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 per room.

If you cancel within 48hrs you will be billed for one night per room or rooms.

If you are a no show you will be billed for your entire stay.

Weekends have a 2 night minimum , Holidays have a 3 night minimum unless prior arrangements have been made.

Spring, Summer, Fall, March 16th. to November 30th.

Min. 48hrs notice to cancel your reservation.

If you cancel the day you are arriving there will be no refund.

Snowmobilers and Skiers we have a few rules you need to follow

With the high cost for heat this season please keep the motel room doors closed especially when going in and out to get things or getting ready to leave.

1. Do not use towels to clean your sleds, skis, etc. we have rags you can use.

2. When you return at night drive in slowly and park sled and turn it off right away, as other people are trying to sleep.

3. Quiet time 10:00 PM to 8:00pm.

4. Go right to your rooms and be quiet, as other people are sleeping. Don't talk loudly or turn TV up.

5. Use common sense.

6. No covers, gas cans, oil bottles, tools or waxing equipment in rooms.

7. Skis are allowed in the rooms but they have to be kept on the floor.

8. No waxing of skis in rooms we have a wax area you can use with waxing bench, iron, etc.
